Welcome Bonus FAQ

On this page you can ask our manager any questions you have. The reply to your question will be sent to your e-mail. Before asking, please look through this page and read the information on it. There may already be an answer to your question.

  1. Can I deposit bonus account?

    Yes, you can. The opened account with the bonus is a typical trading account. Funds can be deposited and withdrawn in many different ways that are offered by our Company. Moreover, by depositing trading account with your own funds, you can fulfill the requirements of the bonus program much faster because of the increased amount on your account.

  2. Can I change the type of my account or transfer bonus to another account?

    No, you can’t transfer your bonus to another account of change the type of your account with received bonus. And if you refuse the bonus, you won’t be able to receive it in the future as well.

  3. How do I know the number of transaction that is left to be made in order to withdraw bonus?

    All bonus information can be found in Members Area, "Your Bonuses" section. This section contains detailed information on current bonuses, and number of transaction left to be made to fulfill the requirements of the bonus program.

  4. Can I withdraw profit received when trading using bonus funds?

    Yes, you can withdraw profit received when trading using bonus funds.

  5. When is it possible to withdraw bonus?

    Bonus can be withdrawn only if the total amount of closed transactions is more than:

    • 500 microlots (5 standard lots) for Fix-Cent accounts.
    • 5 standard lots for Fix-Standard accounts.
    • 750 microlots (7.5 standard lots) for Pro-Cent accounts.
    • 7.5 standard lots for Pro-Standard accounts.
  6. How much time do I have to fulfill the requirements of the bonus program?

    The period of time to fulfill the requirements of the bonus program is not limited.

  7. Will I receive affiliate commission for transactions on bonus accounts?

    Yes, you will. The owner of the coupon, which was used to receive the bonus, will receive commission for transactions made on the trading account, where "Welcome Bonus 3.0" was transferred to. Affiliate commission is transferred according to "Agent" affiliate program.

  8. Do I have to pass the verification in Members Area to receive bonus?

    No, you don’t. The verification is not a necessary procedure in case you want to receive no deposit bonus. You can receive bonus and withdraw funds without verifying your Members Area.

  9. How can I receive Welcome Bonus?

    To receive the coupon and activate it, you have to open new trading account and enter the bonus code into "Welcome Bonus 3.0" field. You can get the bonus code from the trader with trading volume of more than 5 standard lots.

  10. Can I receive bonus to the account of the third party?

    No, you can’t. No deposit bonus is transferred only once for each client when he/she opens a new trading account at RoboForex.

  11. I entered Welcome Bonus code, but the bonus wasn’t transferred to my account. Why?

    Each client has the right to receive no deposit bonus to MT4 and MT5 accounts only once foreach account type.

    Please note, that in order to avoid any type of fraud involving no deposit bonus, the system that transfers bonuses to our clients’ account is operating automatically. The fact that the bonus hasn’t been transferred to your account means that you were refused by the system, because you had received the bonus earlier.

    According to the conditions of the bonus program, the Company reserves the right to denythe bonus without any explanation.
