Welcome Bonus FAQ

On this page you can ask our manager any questions you have. The reply to your question will be sent to your e-mail. Before asking, please look through this page and read the information on it. There may already be an answer to your question.

  1. How can I receive Welcome Bonus 30 USD?

    Go to "Welcome Bonus" section of your Members Area and make sure that “Antifraud”, an automatic system that controls and prevents repeated bonuses, has approved your Welcome Bonus 30 USD. After that, you have to pass the passport and the address verifications, open a new MetaTrader or MetatTrader5 account of Fix-Cent, Pro-Cent, Fix-Standard, or Pro-Standard type (excluding ContestFX and CopyFX) with the USD or EUR as the base currency and the leverage not more than 1:500. Also, you have to deposit at least 10 USD (or the equivalent in any other currency) to the account. After that, we’ll sent a message to the E-mail you specified during the registration, which contains the confirmation code to be entered in “Welcome Bonus” field in your Members Area.

  2. I’ve fulfilled all conditions of Welcome Bonus 30 USD. When will I receive it?

    In "Welcome Bonus" section of your Members Area, you have to make sure that “Antifraud”, an automatic system that controls and prevents repeated bonuses, has approved your Welcome Bonus 30 USD. In case it has, a message with the bonus confirmation code will be automatically sent to the E-mail you specified during the registration of your Members Area.

    Please note that Welcome Bonus 30 USD is not available to the clients, who earlier received other no deposit bonuses or participated in "Bonus 15 USD for verified clients" program.

  3. Why don’t I have the field to enter Welcome Bonus 30 USD code?

    Each client can receive the bonus only once. If you received other no deposit bonuses earlier or participated in “Bonus 15 USD for verified clients” program, you request to receive Welcome Bonus 30 USD will be rejected and there will be no filed to enter the code in your Members Area.

    Please note that in order to prevent any no deposit bonuses fraud, the server features an automatic system to transfer bonuses. It "Antifraud" system rejected your request, you will not be able to receive the bonus.

    According to the Bonus program conditions, the Company reserves the right to deny Welcome Bonus 30 USD without giving any reasons.

    You can check the status of your Bonus program in your Members Area.

  4. I’ve entered Welcome Bonus 30 USD code, haven’t received the bonus. Why?

    Probably, your bonus code has expired, because it is valid for 30 days. For more information, contact our Live Support.

  5. I haven’t received the confirmation code. What am I to do?

    In "Welcome Bonus" section of your Members Area, make sure that all conditions of the Bonus program have been fulfilled. If they have, but you still haven’t get a message with the confirmation code, check “Spam” folder of your E-mail specified during the registration. In case the message isn’t in the folder, contact our Live Support.

  6. For how long is the confirmation code valid?

    Validity period of the bonus code is limited to 30 days. If the code is not used during this period, it will be automatically cancelled and marked as "Expired".

  7. When is it possible to withdraw bonus?

    Bonus can be withdrawn only if the total amount of closed transactions is more than:

    • 50 micro lots (0,5 standard lots) for each Bonus dollar for Fix-Cent accounts.
    • 0,5 lots for each Bonus dollar for Fix-Standard accounts.
    • 100 micro lots (1 standard lots) for each Bonus dollar for Pro-Cent accounts.
    • 1 lots for each Bonus dollar for Pro-Standard accounts.
  8. How do I know the number of transaction that is left to be made in order to withdraw bonus?

    All bonus information can be found in Members Area, "Your Bonuses" section. This section contains detailed information on current bonuses, and number of transaction left to be made to fulfill the requirements of the bonus program.

  9. Can I withdraw the profit I received while trading with the bonus funds?

    Yes, you can. In this case, the bonus isn’t written off from the account and is available for further trading.

  10. Are there any limitations or restrictions when working with the bonus funds?

    Clients can use in trading both their own funds and the bonus funds without any limitations. In this case, the bonus funds can be used during "drawdown" – i.e. if the equity on the client’s account becomes less than the bonus funds, the bonus will not be written off from the Client’s account until Stop Out takes place.

  11. For how long is the bonus valid?

    The bonus is valid for a year after it was transferred to the account. If the client doesn’t work the bonus out during this period, it will automatically written off from the client’s account.
