Welcome Bonus FAQ

  1. I’ve started «verify_client» script, but the bonus hasn’t been transferred to my account. What should I do?

    You need to download and install the latest version of the RoboForex-MT4 terminal from our website. Read the instructions very carefully and then follow it step by step.

    In order to avoid any type of fraud involving no deposit bonus, the system that transfers bonuses to our clients’ account is operating automatically. The fact that the bonus hasn’t been transferred to your account means that you were refused by the system, so you will receive no “Welcome Bonus” in the future.

    According to the conditions of the bonus program, the Company reserves the right to deny the bonus without any explanation.

  2. Is it possible to receive bonus intended for my wife/sister/brother?

    No, it’s not. “No Deposit Bonus” is transferred only once for each client when (s)he opens a new trading account.

  3. Is it necessary to pass the verification in Live Account to receive bonus?

    Yes, you have to pass the SMS verification only.

  4. Is it possible to withdraw profit received when trading using bonus funds?

    Yes, it is. You can withdraw profit received when trading using bonus funds without any limitations.

  5. When is it possible to withdraw bonus?

    Bonus can be withdrawn if the total amount of closed deals on a client’s account is 750 microlots for Pro-Cent accounts, or 500 microlots for Fix-Cent accounts. Only closed deals on the following currency pairs are taken into account:

  6. Is a period of time to fulfill the requirements of the bonus program limited?

    No, it’s not.

  7. Will I receive partner commission for transactions on bonus accounts?

    No. Partners do not receive commission for the transactions performed on accounts with the welcome bonus.

  8. How do I know the number of transaction that is left to be made in order to withdraw bonus?

    All bonus information can be found in Live Account, “Your Bonuses” section. This section contains detailed information on current bonuses, and number of transaction left to be made to fulfill the requirements of the bonus program.

  9. Is it possible to change the type of my account or transfer bonus to another account?

    No, it’s not. And if you refuse the bonus, you won’t be able to receive it in the future as well.

  10. Is it possible to deposit bonus account?

    Yes, it is. The opened account with the bonus is a typical trading account. Funds can be deposited and withdrawn in many different ways that are offered by our Company. Moreover, by depositing trading account with your own funds, you can fulfill the requirements of the bonus program much faster because of the increased amount on your account.
