WebTrader Platform FAQ

On this page you can ask our manager any questions you have. The reply to your question will be sent to your e-mail. Before asking, please look through this page and read the information on it. There may already be an answer to your question.

  1. How do I login to WebTrader platform?

    To login to the web-terminal, follow the link webtrader.roboforex.com and then enter into special fields the e-mail address and the password specified during the registration of your Members Area.

    To open the desired account in the trading terminal, you have to choose this account from the list in the top left corner by clicking it with the mouse, and then enter your trading password.

  2. Which account types are available in WebTrader terminal?

    The platform supports all types of MetaTrader4-based trading accounts, including real, demo, and contest accounts.

  3. Can I use Expert Advisors for trading in WebTrader terminal?

    There is no such opportunity now.

  4. How can I load the quotes history?

    The quotes history for each instrument is loaded when you scroll the trade chart to the left, to earlier dates. You can download the complete history stored on the Company’s server.

  5. Why isn’t the information about my open positions displayed?

    You need to "lift" the panel with the account information. To do that, click the icon with two parallel lines above the chart and hold it.
