RoboForex webinars are free online courses and separate classes where RoboForex experts share their knowledge and experience with the participants. This page contains the most popular and frequently asked questions about RoboForex webinars.

How are webinars held?

Our webinars are held through MyOwnConference platform. During a webinar, our experts deliver lectures, share their computer screens with participants, or show presentations. Users have an opportunity to ask their questions in the chat and hosts do their best to provide most detailed answers. In a couple of days, a record of a webinar is available on our YouTube-channel.

The webinar schedule for the current week is published on "RoboForex webinars and seminars".

How much does participation in a webinar cost?

Participation in a webinar is free. If you’re not a RoboForex client yet, you have to register to join a webinar on the page with our events.

If you already have a profile at our Company, you don’t have to register a new one, because links to join a webinar are available in your Members Area. Also, you can subscribe to our news and events (in case you haven’t done it yet) and you’ll never miss a single webinar on the topic you’re interested in. Subscription is available in “E-mail subscriptions” section of your Members Area.

What is the duration of a webinar?

As a rule, a webinar lasts 50-60 minutes, but the duration may vary depending on the discussed topics, a host’s speech tempo, and the numbers of questions asked by participants.

How do I register for a webinar?

If you already have a profile at our Company, links to join a webinar are available in your Members Area on “Webinar schedule”. No additional actions to join a webinar are required.

If you’re not one of our clients yet, you have to register on “RoboForex webinars and seminars” page.

How do I join a webinar?

To join a webinar, follow the link you received 5-10 minutes before it begins.

After clicking the link, you’ll have to enter your name in a new window. Apart from this, you can join our webinars using your social network profiles.

After clicking “Join”, you will be redirected to the webinar “room”. A webinar will start in due time as soon as your host joins it too.

What is MyOwnConference?

MyOwnConference is a platform chosen by RoboForex for holding free webinars. According to the service information, the platform is used by more than 10 million people a year. Users can only participate in a webinar, but they can’t download it from the platform. However, RoboForex team make all previous webinars available for watching online on the Company’s website and YouTube channel.

How can I watch previous webinars?

You can watch previous webinars on “Past events” page and our YouTube-channel. Videos appear in 2-3 days after a webinar.

How do I download previous webinars?

Unfortunately, you can’t download previous webinars. However, you can watch them on “Past events” page and our YouTube-channel at any moment.

Why can’t I see/hear a webinar host?

This section contains instructions how to solve different technical issues, which you may face during the webinar.

In case of any technical difficulties (for example, no sound or picture), first of all follow the link to check the system. It’s a test from MyOwnConference developers, which helps to identify any errors and failures in less than 30 seconds.

Also, the following instructions will help you solve problems:

  1. If you can’t hear a host

    Find a speakers (headphones) icon on your desktop and make sure that the sound is enabled. If it is not, click the icon to open a dialog window and adjust the volume as you think fit.

  2. If you can’t see a host or what they are showing on their screens

    Refresh the browser page by pressing F5. In case it doesn’t help, reconnect to the Internet.

  3. If a video is slow

    Try to refresh the webinar page or reconnect to the Internet.

  4. If you don’t see the chat

    Reset the zoom level in your browser to 100% and the chat will appear on the screen.

  5. If you can’t see presentations slides

    Check the date and time on your device. In case they are incorrect, reset them.
