Wave analysis 04.08.2014 (EURUSD, GBPUSD, USDCHF, USDJPY)

Analysis for August 04th, 2014

EUR USD ("Euro vs US Dollar")

One of possible scenarios includes descending wave (E) of [B], which can develop in a shape of double combination or flat pattern.

Probably, zigzag A of (E) is completed. In this case, it’s reasonable to expect ascending zigzag B of (E) to develop.

Descending impulse A can be completed. If this assumption is correct, we can expect ascending zigzag B.

GBP USD ("British pound vs US Dollar")

Probably, ascending zigzag D of (B) of large inclined triangle (B) is completed in the form of final wedge [c] of D. Final descending wave E of (B) can be developing now in the shape of double-three formation, flat or elongated model.

It’s not excluded that final descending wave E of (B) is developing, which has started from flat [a] of E. Expecting to see ascending zigzag [b] of E.

Probably, descending impulse (c) of [a] is completing, expecting to see ascending zigzag [b].

USD CHF ("Us Dollar vs Swiss Franc")

One of possible scenarios includes development of final ascending wave E of (4), which can exist in a shape of double zigzag or flat pattern.

Probably, ascending zigzag [a] of E is completed, expecting to see descending zigzag [b] of E.

It’s not excluded that ascending zigzag [a] of E is completed and now descending zigzag [b] of E is starting to develop.

USD JPY ("US Dollar vs Japanese Yen")

Probably, we can see elongated horizontal correctional phase 4 of (A). In this case, it’s reasonable to expect final squeeze to the upside in the form of wave 5 of (A).

Probably, descending zigzag [c] of 4 is completed, ascending zigzag [d] of 4 is starting to develop.

It’s not excluded that ascending zigzag [d] is underway and its descending correctional phase (b) of [d] is developing now.
