«Welcome bonus 2.0» - no deposit bonus for new and registered clients!

The RoboForex is glad to present «Welcome bonus», a new no deposit bonus program which can be of great help for beginners trying trading on real forex accounts!

Conditions of the no deposit bonus «Welcome bonus 2.0» program are as follows:

1. «Welcome bonus 2.0» equals $15 (1500 cents transferred to your account). The bonus is available for clients of Fix-Cent & Pro-Cent USD accounts and clients who passed the SMS verification only.

   Please note that «Welcome bonus 2.0» program is available for newly registered clients only!

2. There are some trading restrictions for accounts with «Welcome bonus»:
   
   - the only available trade is for 0.1 lot;
   - maximum number of open orders is 10;
   - only metals and currency pairs are available for trading.
   
   The client cannot transfer funds from the welcome bonus account. The client can cancel the bonus at any time with the onetime commission of $15 written off the account: the client loses $15 commission and $15 bonus. Restrictions will be removed as soon as the equity on the bonus account exceeds $100 (or 10000 cents) due to the profit earned or the funds deposited. After the equity exceeds $100, the account will be given the status “real” and all restrictions will be removed in the following order:
   
   - automatically within an hour, if there are no open orders;
   - automatically within a day, if there are any open orders.
    
3. The bonus can be withdrawn, if the total amount of lots on the account is:
   
   - 375 microlots (3.75 standard lots) for Fix-Cent accounts;
   - 500 microlots (5 standard lots) for Pro-Cent accounts.
    
4. You can withdraw profit from the bonus account if you pay commission of $15. This $15 will be written off at the time of the first withdrawal. HOWEVER, after the bonus account becomes a real one (art. 2), no onetime commission is charged.
    
5. You must use the same a payment details each time when you withdraw profit from your "welcome bonus" account.
   The company reserves the right to write off the bonus, as well as the profit, if the company detects that another customer uses the same payment details that you use.
    
6. Partners DO NOT receive commission for transactions on bonus accounts. HOWEVER, after the bonus account becomes a real one (art. 2), partners receive commission for orders in accordance with standard procedure.

How to get the no deposit «Welcome bonus»

1. «Welcome bonus» is credited only once for each client when they open a new trading account.
2. In order to avoid any type of fraud involving the receipt of no deposit bonuses, the system that checks and transfers bonuses to our clients’ accounts operates automatically.
3. RoboForex reserves the right to cancel the «Welcome bonus» without any explanation.

Conditions of trading with no deposit bonus accounts:

1. Bonus can be withdrawn if the requirements of the bonus program are fulfilled.
    
2. Before the requirements are fulfilled, only the profit is allowed to be withdrawn with the onetime $15 commission for the first withdrawal.
   
   Example: You received 1500 cents as a bonus. If your profit after trading is 2500 cents then according to our conditions you can withdraw 1000 cents, i.e. minus onetime commission of 1500 cents for the first withdrawal (next time you withdraw your profit no commission is charged).
    
3. You can deposit the bonus account with your own funds (in order to meet the requirements more quickly). In case of a negative balance on the account, our policy is that a client loses his/her own funds first.
   
   Example: You got 1500 cents as a bonus and deposited your account with your own 1000 cents. If your profit after trading is -500 cents, then, according to our conditions, you can withdraw 500 cents, i.e. your own funds minus profit.
    
4. The requirements are fulfilled if the orders are closed with the following currency pairs:

5. RoboForex reserves the right to cancel bonuses from the accounts without giving any reasons and/or advance notice.

How the «Welcome bonus» is deposited to your account

1. When registering a new account you need to choose USD currency, either a Pro-Cent or Fix-Cent account, check the “Get Welcome Bonus 2.0?” box and agree to the terms and conditions of the bonus program by selecting “I agree to the terms and conditions of the Bonus Program”.
    
   Please note that the automatic system which checks the recurrent bonus transfers and adds bonuses to our clients’ accounts may deny your attempt to register a new bonus account. In this case, you won’t be able to receive a bonus from RoboForex.
    
    
2. After registering a new account you need to pass the SMS verification in your Live Account.
    
3. After the account is registered, you need to download MetaTrader 4, the trading terminal, and login to your account with the login information that was sent to your email.
    
4. After a successful authorization in the RoboForex MetaTrader4 client terminal, you need to customize it. Make sure that your terminal allows you to use Expert Advisors (EA) as shown on the figure below:

6. After enabling Expert Advisers (EA), you need to double-click on «verify_client» to launch the script (“Navigator -> Scripts” section of the trading terminal).
    

   

7. After clicking on «verify_client» scrip, the following window pops up:
    

   

8. Within 1 hour the system will send you message by e-mail. Find the message «Welcome bonus 2.0 activation code» in your e-mail. Follow the link within the message. 
    
9. You will find your personal activation code in your Live Account. Copy and paste code in the script «verify_client» window. 
   

   

10. Press  «Activate».
    You will be then notified that the «Welcome bonus» has been successfully credited to your account.
     

    

11. If you see the message "You have already received the welcome bonus", it means you can’t get the bonus. You can use only your own funds or you can trade on demo account.
     

    

    Please note, if the «verify_client» script doesn’t launch, it means that you don’t have access rights to the folder where the RoboForex MetaTrader4 client terminal has been installed, "C:/Program FilesMetaTrader4 - RoboForex". You need to gain access or login to your operating system as an Administrator and launch MetaTrader4 again.
