Internal transfers
How to transfer funds from one forex online trading account to another
1. To transfer funds from one trading account to another you should choose the Live Account -> Internal Transfers
2. Enter the following information to complete an application:
- password of the MT4 source account;
- transfer amount;
- target account number.
and click “Transfer”
3. An email will be sent to the address you entered when registering to confirm the transfer. To proceed enter the confirmation code and click Confirm.
4. Funds Transfer is available for all type of Client accounts. In case of a difference in currencies of source and target accounts, currency conversion is made automatically
5. In case of successful operation, you will see the “completed” status in the “Application Information” section, which means that you transfer successfully completed.
Notes:
- Transfers are made commission-free; currency is converted according to internal currency rate of RoboForex published in the Live Account.
- The following currencies are available for transfers: USD, EUR, RUR.
