The Unemployment Change released by the Bundesagentur fur Arbeit and published by the German Statistics Office is a measure of the change in the number of unemployed people in Germany. A rise in german unemployment change indicator has negative implications for consumer spending which encourages economic growth. Generally, a high reading is seen as negative (or bearish) for the EUR, while a low reading is seen as positive (or bullish).
