Retail Sales Index showing changes in retail sales volume, Demand Level and Consumer Spending. It is composed of two parts: “car sales” and “sales of everything other than cars”. As car sales are very volatile, the more accurate data does not account for car sales. It has significant online forex market influence, because an increase in volume of retail sales is a positive factor for national economy development and leads to an increase in national currency rate. It is published in the middle of each month.
