  1. What is the minimum deposit?

    RoboForex does not set limits for the minimum deposit, in other words, the minimum deposit can equal zero. However, to make a deal, you must deposit a margin to open positions. For example, for the Fix-cent accounts with 1:500 leverage, the minimum possible transaction is 2 cents, and for the Pro-standard accounts with 1:100 leverage, the minimum possible deal is $2. The customer may choose the leverage when opening an account.

  2. How can I deposit to my account?

    Detailed instructions on funding the account through payment systems can be found in the Live Account service as well as in the “Deposit / Withdrawal” section.

    You can use one of the following payment systems to fund your account:
    • Web Money
    • LibertyReserve
    • Visa / Mastercard
    • Bank transfer
  3. How can I withdraw funds from my trading account?

    In the Live Account service, in the “Withdrawal” section, you can request a withdrawal of funds from the account.

    You may fill in an application for withdrawal and get more information on withdrawal methods in the trader’s office and on the company’s website in “Deposit / Withdrawal” section. Withdrawal requests are processed within one working day from 08:00 – 15:00 Central European Time (CET).
  4. What is the company’s commission for withdrawal of funds?

    The RoboForex Company takes no commission for the withdrawal of funds. Commission may be taken by your bank or other payment systems.
