On this page you can ask our manager any questions you have. The reply to your question will be sent to your e-mail. Before asking, please look through this page and read the information on it. Here may already be an answer to your question.

  1. Can i zoom in on my chart?

    You have the ability to zoom in and out by moving your finger vertically and scrolling back by moving your finger horizontally.

  2. How can i add to my list of Favorites on my Android Trader?

    You can store your Favorite instruments, which you wish to easily locate, within one area of your Android. To add to your favorite instruments simply tape on an instrument within the Rates area. A popup bar will appear on your screen presenting the following options:

    Instant (or Market) - Open and instant or market order depending on the execution type of the instrument.

    Pending - Creates a pending order: Buy Limit, Sell Limit, Buy Stop and Sell Stop.

    Chart - Directs you to a chart window.

    Favorites - Adds this instrument to your 'Favorites'.

  3. How can i place a new order on the Android?

    Opening an order is simple and can be done from either the Rates section or the Favorites section of the Android Trader. A new order can be placed by selecting a trading instrument of your choice from the main screens of both the Favorites and Rates sections. Clicking on your desired instrument will bring you to a pop up bar.

    Choose 'Instant' or 'Market' (depending on execution type of the instrument) to open a new open position. For instant orders you can select and change the volume (vol), set a stop loss (S/L) or take profit (T/P) and choose whether to 'Buy' or 'Sell' by clicking the corresponding button. For Market orders, you can select and change the volume (vol) then you must choose whether to 'Buy' or 'Sell' by clicking the corresponding button. Your request to open a new position will be sent. A confirmation screen should appear shortly after the request is approved.

  4. How can i place a pending order via the Android?

    A new order can be placed by selecting a trading instrument of your choice from the main screens of both the Favorites and Rates sections. Clicking on your desired instrument will bring you to a popup bar. To create a Pending order you must select the 'Pending' button and the window for creating a pending order will appear.

    You must then select the volume (vol), stop loss (S/L), and take profit (T/P). With the pending order, you set the price at which you wish the order to be activated. Enter the rate into the 'Price' area then click on the desired type of order: Buy Limit, Sell Limit, Buy Stop and Sell Stop. A confirmation screen should appear shortly.

  5. How do i change the time frame on my chart within the Android?

    Once you have selected your chart, you are able to choose the time frame you wish to view. To do this select the menu button of your Android and then select the relevant time you wish to view. The times shown range from M1 = 1 Minute, to MN1 = 1 Month.

  6. How do i install the Android Trader?

    In order to install the Android Trader please visit the following page: "AndroidTrader Platform"

    Once downloaded, unzip the file Android Trader.zip downloaded from our website and save the file AndroidTrader.apk in the desired folder.

    Using a file manager, found on Android Market, connect your phone with the PC and copy AndroidTrader.apk file onto your SD memory card (You are able to browse the file later, after you disconnect the phone from the PC). Clicking on AndroidTrader.apk file via the file manager will install the application on your phone.

  7. How do i login to the Android Trader?

    To log in to your Android Trader, click on the text fields within the Log in page to edit and input your login and password:

    Login - Your trading account login

    Password - Your trading account password

    Servers - By clicking on the 'Server' button, you have the option of selecting the server.

    After entering your account login details, click on the Login button.

    Once clicking on the login button your Smartphone will attempt to connect to the server and log you into your trading account.

  8. How do i modify my open positions?

    Clicking on an Open position will give you details of that order. From here, you can Update or Close your order. If you change or set a Stop Loss (S/L)  or Take Profit (T/P) on an open position you must simply click on the 'Update' button to confirm the changes. A confirmation screen should appear shortly after updating the order.

    If you select a pending order from the trades area, you have the option to Update/Delete the pending order. You can change or adjust the open price, the Stop Loss (S/L) and the Take Profit (T/P), remember after making such changes to click on 'Update'. Again, a confirmation should appear shortly after . To Delete the order simply select the 'Delete' button.

  9. How do i open a chart via the Android?

    Tapping into the chart button in the popup menu bar, will bring you to the chart of the instrument. If you turn your Android horizontally, the chart will open to a wider view.

  10. How do i remove unwanted Favorites from the list?

    Tapping on an instrument within the favorites area will give you a popup bar, which gives you the following options:

    Instant (or Market)  - Open an instant or market order depending on execution type of the instrument.

    Pending - Creates a pending order: Buy Limit, Sell Limit, Buy Stop, Sell Stop

    Chart - Directs you to a chart window.

    Move up  - Moves instrument up in the list

    Move down - Moves instrument down in the list

    Favorites - Removes this instrument from 'Favorites'

  11. How do i view my History?

    By clicking on the 'History' button in the main menu of Android Trader you can run a specific report for a certain date range. All you must do is enter the Start date and End date. Your trade history gives you a comprehensive run down of all your closed orders, removed pending orders, deposits/withdrawals and credits. As well as your order information, for any given time period you select, it will tell you your Profit or Loss (P/L) for that period including swaps and commissions, plus your overall Depositing and Withdrawals.
